The vicious life cycle of the homo sapien

When we are born into this world, we have been enrol into the vicious life cycle of what is expected of us unknowingly... Which is one day of what we will become when we grow up and live to face it... Like we are born to study, earn more money, give back and support parents, find a well paid decent job, get married, have kids, sacrifice time and space and money for the kids, save for retirement, wait for children to grow up and support you...

How can we ever break out this vicious cycle without affecting our lives up ahead... And still able to be comfortable with what we have...

Fish Therapy aka Laughter Therapy

Above is the therapy photo that i took just now when undergoing it.... It was an experience not to be missed and i did really feel my feet more smooth after all the nibbling by the fishes... It was tickling too which leads to lots of laughter when going through it.. haha.. Can't help it but to laugh out loud... Really enjoyed it and i urged everyone to try it once in your life or once a month especially those who wants smooth and silky legs... =]
The one that i went is at FarmArt located near Lim Chu Kang Area and cost 5 dollars/ 15 mins... Not that expensive as compared to outside retail stores...
Try it out..

Kung Fu Panda

First of all... i would like to say that advertising really is a powerful tool by the media... Plus the superb editing or film snipping techniques by the editor.. It can really make a difference...

Went to watch Kung Fu Panda in the cinema near my home yesterday... All i can say is that it is a family show and the dubbed was really fantastic... It didn't really give me a deep impression and wasn't really that funny... Did enjoyed myself though... I should say the experience was enjoyable...

Here is a slight sypnosis of the movie..
Enthusiastic, big and a little clumsy, Po is the biggest fan of Kung Fu around which doesn't exactly come in handy while working every day in his family's noodle shop. Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy, Po's dreams become reality when he joins the world of Kung Fu and studies alongside his idols, the legendary Furious Five--Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey--under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu. But before they know it, the vengeful and treacherous snow leopard Tai Lung is headed their way, and it's up to Po to defend everyone from the oncoming threat. Can he turn his dreams of becoming a Kung Fu master into reality? Po puts his heart - and his girth - into the task, and the unlikely hero ultimately finds that his greatest weaknesses turn out to be his greatest strengths....

Overall i give it 2.75/5 popcorns... Don't hate me...
